케겔 세트

The progressive sizes in this set made it easy to start slow and actually stick with it. I noticed a real difference in pelvic control after about three weeks of consistent use.

The progressive sizing in this set makes it easy to work up gradually instead of jumping straight to the heaviest weight. I'm only a couple weeks in and already notice a difference during my workouts.

I've been using this set for about three weeks and the gradual weight steps make it easy to work up without overdoing it. The silicone is smooth and comfortable enough that I forget I'm wearing it during my morning routine.
