Set Bola Kegel

The silicone feels smooth and comfortable during use, and the weights stay in place really well even when I'm moving around. I've only had them for a few weeks, but they already feel like a solid part of my routine.

The set feels well-made and substantial, not flimsy like I half-expected. The included storage pouch is a thoughtful touch for keeping everything tidy between uses, and the varying weights let me progress at my own pace which I really appreciate.

I was a little nervous about starting, but the three weight options let me ease in at my own pace. The silicone feels smooth and comfortable, and the set makes it easy to build a routine that actually fits into my day.
