The adjustable tension settings make a huge difference—I could start light and work up without any pinching. After a few weeks it's become part of my morning routine and I actually look forward to using it.

The adjustable tension settings make a huge difference—I could dial it in gradually instead of jumping straight to full stretch. After a few weeks of consistent use it's become a normal part of my routine, and the silicone padding keeps things comfortable enough to wear longer than I expected.
